Laura Granato

Laura Granato plays a central role in supporting the day-to-day execution and service of client relationships. Laura works closely with both clients and advisors to ensure that account administration, operational workflows, and client deliverables are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of care.

Her role spans a wide range of responsibilities—from coordinating account openings, transfers, and ongoing maintenance requests, to supporting internal processes that help ensure a consistent and seamless client experience. Laura is often behind the scenes ensuring the operational backbone of the firm runs smoothly and accurately.

Laura brings a strong operational and analytical background to her work. Prior to joining our firm, she served as a Project Coordinator at Commonwealth Financial Network, where she supported strategic initiatives within the Wealth Management Group by coordinating across teams, maintaining timelines, and ensuring accountability across complex projects. Her ability to organize information and drive execution translates directly into the service-oriented nature of her role today.

She also brings experience from U.S. Boston Capital Corporation, where she worked as a Salesforce Administrator and Reporting Specialist, improving data accuracy and enhancing reporting processes through thoughtful system design and workflow improvements. Earlier in her career, Laura served as a Client Service Analyst at Wellington Management, where she supported public fund clients through detailed reporting, operational coordination, and high-touch service—an experience that continues to shape her client-first approach.

Known for her structured, detail-oriented style, Laura excels at turning complexity into clear next steps. Whether assisting with client requests, coordinating across organizational partners, or supporting internal workflows, she brings a calm, organized, and reliable presence to every interaction.

Laura earned a bachelor’s degree from Smith College in Sociology, Economics, and Urban Studies.

Originally from upstate New York, Laura now lives in Westford, Massachusetts. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, volunteering in her community, and spending time with family and friends.
